This was an approximately 50,000 square foot facility to house a regional construction service center as well as training for the client's entire gas utility enterprise.  Construction was concrete tilt-panel.  A simulated Gas City was constructed to simulate all gas pressures and transmission from well-head to burner tip as part of the training operation.  The project achieved LEED Silver status.
